Universe — catalog endpoints

Four new endpoints for discovering what data exists before you query it: GET /v1/exchanges, GET /v1/assets, GET /v1/exchange_pairs, and GET /v1/aggregated_pairs. Unlike exchange_ohlcv/aggregated_ohlcv, all four are public — no API key, no plan check, not counted against your quota.

API v1 — initial release

First public version of the Angolin data API. GET /v1/exchange_ohlcv serves raw per-exchange OHLCV candles; GET /v1/aggregated_ohlcv serves a cross-exchange combined series (method omm_vwap_v1). Both are API-key authenticated and metered against a monthly call quota.
