Authentication
Sending the key
/v1/exchange_ohlcv and /v1/aggregated_ohlcv are authenticated with an API key, sent as the X-API-Key header:
The four catalog endpoints under Universe (exchanges, assets, exchange_pairs, aggregated_pairs) are public — no key, no plan check, and calls to them are never counted in your usage.
Managing keys
Create and revoke keys from API keys in your Angolin account. A key acts as your account for billing and usage purposes — calls made with any of your keys add up to the same account usage. There is no call quota; the only volume limit is the 10 requests per second described in Errors & rate limits.
What a key is scoped to
Your plan determines which endpoints and intervals your key can call, and — per endpoint/interval — how far back in history you can query with the start parameter. Calling an endpoint or interval your plan doesn't include, or requesting start beyond your plan's history depth, fails with 403. See Errors & rate limits for the exact error shapes.
